ffuturesCalculator guy's claim has been resolved in my favour on the grounds that I "described it adequately"; they say nothing about his claim that I sent something completely different, which I suspect means that they either didn't understand his claim (I don't think he actually entered any details apart from ticking the "not as described" box) or don't believe him. Very relieved anyway.
