(no subject)

Here's the next part of The Key to Byzantium, my BtVS / SG-1 crossover. I posted the draft yesterday, but there are a LOT of changes. Previous parts are at:

First drafts are in my livejournal, but omit numerous changes that are in the archived versions. Again, a warning that this is the dreaded "SGI get told about the supernatural" chapter. Thanks to everyone who pointed out where I'd gone wrong with SG-1 characterisation (yes, they should be a LOT harder to impress, hope the revisions reflect this) and the inevitable typos.

Too flippant?

I'd like to have this conversation in the next part of The Key to Byzantium, but the circumstances in which SG-1 meet Willow (at a memorial) don't seem quite right. Does this seem in character for Willow and SG-1 if that's taken into account?
