Out of scale
May. 22nd, 2006 05:30 pmI just printed out a set of the larger Flatland character pictures on OHP foils and they look pretty good - the colour is dense enough that they will be easy to see on a white background, but they're transparent enough to make it apparent just how thin they are.
Of course when I use them I'll have to point out that they are grossly out of scale - they're about 50,000 times too thick! The thickness of the toner is a bit better, but even that's probably several hundred atoms thick. Oh well, if they were really one atom thick I'd never be able to handle them...
