Cheapish netbook

SVP started up a "cheap for one day" web site. Not convinced that it's going to be wonderful value, but today's offer is interesting (but not something I actually want), a reconditioned Elonex Webbook for £210 plus postage, 512mb, 80gb HD. Unfortunately it's bigger and heavier than I want and the battery life is only 2.5 hours, which isn't ideal for this class of computer, and the guarantee is only 90 days. But if you want a small Linux portable there are much crapper ones around...

Web site woes update.

I've now received an email from Cedant telling me that they can't process my payment... So it looks like I did manage to delete the card details. Let's see what happens next.
