Interesting ladybird

ffuturesMy brother-in-law found this on the roof while cleaning gutters. I'm not sure if it's alive, dead, or hibernating, but it appears to be a ladybird with a black body and rather nice colour on the spots.
My first attempt at putting a picture into a livejournal gallery - to be honest I'm not very impressed, think I'll stick to Photobucket.
