Quick Latin Question

Google gives "gingiberi panem" as the Latin translation of gingerbread. Does that seem right? I think panem is bread, not sure about ginger.

Through a totally separate Latin dictionary, one that I hold in my hand, "gingiberi" is the dative form of gingiber, which is the English word "ginger"
