Quick question - Bedazzled

ffutures Once I have Harry Potter and the Half-God Prince finished I'm thinking of writing something based on the film Bedazzled - but the 1967 version with Peter Cook as Lucifer with Dudley Moore as the guy who sells his soul, not the 2000 remake with a female version of Lucifer played by Elizabeth Hurley. Do people outside the UK know the film, or remember anything about it if they've seen it?
