I've been thinking about copying my run of Space Patrol (the British puppet series, not the American live action series) videos onto DVD. But it seemed a lot of bother, so I thought I'd see how much the commercial DVDs cost.

Once I've got this I'll have eight PAL VHS tapes of the series going spare. Am I right to think there's going to be a charity auction at Eastercon?

I'd like to see an episode or two someday. I'm a big Supermarionation fan; it would be fun to check out the competition.

It's a fun show, although it was sometimes a bit obvious that they were recycling stock footage in different episodes.

Forgot to say that they're region 0 DVDs so should play on a US machine, you'll just need to find someone who distributes them in the USA.
