Japanese artist

ffuturesAnyone able to identify artists from the Russian-Japanese war? I've got an article from 1904 with several pictures but the artist or artists aren't named. Anyone know? Waves in the first look like the style of Hokusai, but of course he died much earlier. One of the later ones reminds me of Fred T. Jane's illustrations for The Angel of the Revolution.
