news has just announced that permanent accounts will be on sale from the 21st June for one week, cost $150. If you buy in the first 36 hours they give $25 to charity.
Later - To clarify, because some people seem to be surprised that I mentioned this: I'm not particularly recommending this, I know that circumstances have changed and that this isn't as good a deal as last time - but the last time several people on my flist were annoyed that they'd missed the sale. I'm just trying to help to ensure that this time around they know.
