I was wondering what Sarah Jane, investigative journalist, made of Harold Saxon in his first 18 months. Obviously we couldn't give her the "try to warn his wife and get dissected" role, but she should have been asking questions somewhere....
It'll be someone young, female, working class and from London. Cue angsty competitive thing when Martha comes back. They literally can't conceive of the Doctor simply being friends with someone. I sometimes wonder if RTD actually watched the real show at all...
