Successful carnival - only two people shot...

Well, I was going to say that it looked like the carnival had gone pretty well apart from the noise, but apparently there was trouble with various "gangs of youths" who apparently targeted it for crime; two kids were shot yesterday, but not hurt very badly, and there several "minor stabbings." But the total number of crimes is down, and considering that two million people were there over the two days it could have been a lot worse.
