...but if I was I would be tooling up to make Pat Robertson voodoo dolls pin cushions, with the profits going to the charities involved in the Haiti relief effort. It would be VERY interesting to see the reaction...

later Hoping to commission one (OK, a sock puppet thing) made by [livejournal.com profile] bellatemple if I win this auction in aid of Haiti relief

It pains me that Pat Robertson is considered to be a "spokesman" for Christians. Speaking for myself he makes me want to throttle him. Its kind of like being black and having people like Al Sharpton act as a "spokesperson" for people of color.

I'd buy one...

I've got a link to the clip from the Haitian ambassador's response (from Rachel Maddow's show at MSNBC) on my LJ.

Here via [livejournal.com profile] ginasketch. Though you'd like to know that someone's gone ahead and made a Pat Robertson voodoo doll (http://www.americablog.com/2010/01/pat-robertson-voodoo-doll-proceeds-to.html) and is selling it on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190365539998&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:1123), with all proceeds going to Haiti relief.

Way beyond what I can afford, unfortunately. Glad to see someone did it though!
