Had a look at this tonight. In a way it's quite interesting, it looks like it works reasonably well within its limitations, but the manual is barely coherent, battery life isn't wonderful and recharge is slow, and the first application I looked at (the calculator) had obviously been designed for a small PDA and wasn't modified to take advantage of the screen size - it occupied about a sixth of the screen and couldn't be used without a stylus.

Now if something like this was available with Linux at that sort of price, or at least had a good software suite that was optimised for the screen etc., I would be a lot more interested.

It's Windows CE. That suggests to me that you need (a) an external folding keyboard (such as the iGo Stowaway) and (b) suitable software, such as Softmaker Office for WinCE. However, the screen resolution is poor and the user reviews ... don't go there.

I'm inclined to agree - there seem to be enough users with WiFi problems to make me doubt it's ideal for my needs.
