Back in the the good old days of the ARC they were able to put large numbers of heavily-armed soldiers in the field if an incursion occurred. These days they send out two or three people in a minivan, with some unreliable electric guns.
Anyone else think that this is because most of the ARC's budget is now being used to service their Public-Private Partnership debt?
