Not very spoily, but I've put it behind a cut anyway...



Back in the the good old days of the ARC they were able to put large numbers of heavily-armed soldiers in the field if an incursion occurred. These days they send out two or three people in a minivan, with some unreliable electric guns.

Anyone else think that this is because most of the ARC's budget is now being used to service their Public-Private Partnership debt?

They'd have been a lot tenderer (or possibly a lot less tender, depending on your POV) after you two had finished with them. :)

You miss my point - I'm trying to explain something in the show's terms, not in terms of the show's budget.
