Need an Alan Moore essay

ffuturesOne of the speakers yesterday quoted an Alan Moore essay which said something along the lines that the universe wanted humans to admire and worship it - basically, exactly the sort of thing I want to "explain" the habitable solar system in the next release of Forgotten Futures.
The trouble is that I didn't have a notebook with me and have forgotten the title. I think it was only two or three words, beyond that I'm drawing a complete blank.
Anyone know it?
