Still incredibly tired, but I've put together the front cover for the advertising thing

May not work properly in Mac preview, I used PDF creator to make it, it's much better than Acrobat for getting single pages down to a small size.

I think I'm probably OK, but in case I'm wrong I've changed it to something that'll be in the book anyway. Thanks for the suggestion.
