Embedding?

Is there any way to embed a Corel Draw graphic into a Word document without converting it to a bitmap? I thought it was possible but I can't remember how it works.

2007? No chance... 2003 works well and I get it free via work's site/staff license.

Thanks - I'm mostly thinking in terms of putting an illustration in, probably not continuous updating. It isn't essential if I want to mix separate pages from different programs (e.g. Word and Corel), I can do that in Acrobat, but for the Weinbaum book I think there'll be Word pages with Corel illustrations.
