Presumably there's similar data for every unedited photo. Wonder how difficult it would be to use it to acquire a database of people owning seriously expensive cameras, for spamming or more sinister purposes...

There was a survey going around a few weeks ago where one of the dating sites had used this data to work out when the most successful pictures had been taken and what on, so it has its 'uses'. I guess if you wanted to be paranoid the inclusion of the date would be the big worry as it pinpoints you at a location at a time, although I'm sure there are much easier ways to find that with most people...
