Well, that was a surprise
I really didn't expect the Doctor to ditch Amy and Rory. My guess is that they'll be back for the season finale, I really can't see the whole Silence thing ending without them.
Apart from that it was an OK episode but not wildly impressed. I'm afraid they're getting into a bit of a rut.

(Besides, doesn't he, like, ditch them all the time? Every time Eleven comes back from a hiatus, they're sitting at home trying to track him down.)
