Veronica Mars and the CSI Snake
Nov. 9th, 2005 10:05 amActually two separate things, I hasten to add. Though it'd make an interesting story...
Got an e-mail today saying that the Veronica Mars S1 DVD is finally shipping, ought to get it in a week or so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this originally announced for October?
And saw the episode of CSI last night in which one of the bodies had been eaten then regurgitated by a snake, which was later found dead for various reasons. Am I alone in (a) feeling sorry for the snake and (b) saying "are you kidding" when I saw the ridiculously small size of the snake compared to the victim. A snake large enough to do the damage shown would be at least 15-20 ft, this one was about 6-8ft long.
Later edit - sorry, CSI: Miami

I didn't like David Caruso when he was in NYPD Blue and never saw why he was a supposed heart-throb. On the other hand I've liked William Petersen since I first saw Manhunter. On that subject I preferred Brian Cox to Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecktor/Lecter though I suspect I'm a minority of one there.
Well that's my prejudices out in the open.
